Aaaand it was lovely
The team I work with is really nice, very kind people with lovely colleagues, with a young lady who was in the same class as my sister guiding me on my first day. I had to do some pretty basic things, such as:
- Helping out Janny with packing the juice packages and such while waiting for my guide to finish nomming leftover chinese food.
- Putting 35% discount stickers on all the items of the meat, bread, instant meals and fruits with best-before dates of 18 and 19 November, and taking out anything left the day before with Best Before date 17 November. Can't sell the overdate things D:
- Neatly line up the entire Dairy and Vegetable department, making sure all the oldest products are at the front -tossing them out when expired costs the supermarket money D:
- More stickering and tossing x3
- Lots and lots of stacking stacking stacking. I had to stack lots of types of meat. I just figure that as long as I don't have to eat it I don't mind. At least I got to stack the salads and ovenmeals and stuff after that ^^
It sure sounds boring, doesn't it? XD Actually, I had a real good time. I looked adorable in my uniform, I've been told, and I had the time to chat constantly while doing my job, so time flew by.
"Huh? D: Last time I checked it was half past six... now it's nearly 8 pm already! O.O"
Yeah, I had a good time, and 4 hours and 15 minutes equals about 15 euros in one evening. Joy =3
That was all. Over and out!
